![]() Unfortunately this should have been posted earlier The reputation of British justice now rests on the shoulders of the High Court in the life or death case of Julian Assange. The appeal hearing at the High Court which will decide Julian Assange’s immediate fate has been set for Wednesday 27th and Thursday 28th October. This is a watershed moment in the most important press freedom case of the 21st century. If the appeal court upholds the decision to refuse extradition to the US made by Westminster Magistrates Court last January it will make it very difficult for the US to continue to seek extradition… read full story / add a comment![]()

Noam Chomsky the long time hero of the Left, defender of democracy, campaigner for human rights has finally outed himself as part of the controlled opposition. Chomsky has been around for years and wrote the famous Manufacturing Consent about how the media controls the public narrative. Yet as the decades past, it became apparent some subjects were taboo and in particular any sort of fishy incident like 9/11 he would row in with the narrative. This was a way of guiding his followers of which there are many along certain carefully well defined paths and off other ones. In a recent article on RT.com they report in an article on how Noam Chomsky has come out in support of the two tier society of the jabbed and unjabbed. read full story / add a comment
national / indymedia ireland / news report Wednesday October 27, 2021 23:22 by 1 of Indy
Indymedia Ireland was 20 years old this month, on Oct 10th in fact. It has been a long road to here and at times debateable whether it would survive in the latter years. This short article gives a quick overview of its history and where it is now. Back in 2001 the big anti-globalisation demonstrations of Seattle 1999 were still fresh in people's minds when the first Indymedia centers were setup and the network was still rapidly growing. In Ireland back then there was a great need for an alternative voice and there was no central site that could been considered Left leaning. read full story / add a comment![]()

Review of James Bond No Time To Die film The latest Bond flick No Time To Die was certainly a rollercoaster ride of exciting action scenes and great special effects, yet contained more than a quantum of longueurs. With a running time of 163 minutes it certainly tries the patience and the bladders of its audiences (who I saw popping out of the cinema throughout the film). Personally, I think 90 minutes is enough for any film, especially since the disappearance of the intermission and ice-cream selling of yore. In this case, the increased length seems to have been to incorporate backstories of some of the individuals involved. The effect of this is to attenuate Bond’s appearances in the film, while adding very little to the story (hence the longueurs). One effect of this narrative style is to put more emphasis on the story of Bond and less on the usual geopolitics and action we associate with Bond films. read full story / add a comment ![]()

![]() ![]() Direct from UK Lawyer Anna De Buiscuit Breaking news. share on all platforms: FDA document admits “Covid” PCR test was developed without isolated samples for test calibration, effectively admitting it’s testing something else. A document just released by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) openly admits that the infamous PCR test for the Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19) was developed not with actual samples, but rather with what appears to be genetic material from a common cold virus. read full story / add a comment![]()

![]() This article by Thierry Meyssan on Voltairenet.org raises important questions about the political power of Facebook and echos statements made elsewhere how the Big Tech companies have now far more political power than our politicians who can be wiped out in a matter of hours by in the public sphere by Social Media orchestrated campaigns. The current wave of wokeism is just one manifestation of that. Rarely mentioned but addressed in this article is the sheer amount of information that companies like Facebook have and the resources and data they have which is extremely powerful and useful in any sort of political campaign or objective. People need to wake up to the fact that political power has already transferred to these entities and is a very dangerous situation and very much part and parcel of the ongoing creeping global totalitarianism read full story / add a comment![]()

Consistently f!u season has been winter fodder for the Irish press. Until it vanished at a time when officials needed to boost c0v!d case numbers. Convenient. It's claimed it disappeared due to stringent public health guidelines which strangely didn't quash c0v!d. Now officials need a scapegoat for spiraling hospitalisations post vaccine roll-out & any flu will do. #FlipFlopFluFallacy read full story / add a comment ![]()
